About the project

Clean architecture for the modern family

The architecture follows the principles of contemporary minimalism: unnecessary angles, wasted volumes and unnecessarily large rooms have been eliminated to achieve maximum efficiency and a sense of spaciousness. The result is a harmonious, laconic form with an elegant and light silhouette.

The facade is dominated by noble light clinker brick with fine texture, combined with dark accents to emphasize the clean lines. The corner glazing brings dynamics to the interior, provides panoramic views of the yard and maximum natural light, creating a strong connection between indoor and outdoor space.

The roof is a classic gable with clear geometry, finished with durable roofing sheet metal in deep anthracite – a detail that adds graphic sharpness and modern character.

Functional layout

The functional layout is carefully orchestrated around the central zone – the heart of the home. The convenient entrance corridor leads to a flexible study (easily convertible into a guest room), a bright children's room and a master bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet, a storage room and a guest bathroom with toilet. The central core – an open kitchen with dining area and spacious living area – leads directly to a wide veranda, which naturally extends the living space outdoors and turns the yard into an extension of everyday life.

This project maximizes usable space, natural light and connection with nature, offering timeless modern aesthetics without compromise.

Philosophy

Beautiful architecture should not cost a fortune

We believe that everyone deserves access to quality architectural projects at an affordable price. For too long, ready-made projects were either expensive or compromised in quality.

With this collection of ready-made projects, we offer professionally crafted plans at prices significantly lower than typical for the industry. Each project is developed with the same attention to detail and quality that we put into our custom orders.
